Grammar help

I am from Spain.English is not my language, but I have to choose English as a econd language.So I have some doubts in the English grammar.Please, which is correct?I have searched for some site( http://usawriters.org/ ) for grammar help.But no use.

I have always used "related to" but keep finding "related with" in this article I'm reading. So now I have doubts.
