Hi everyone,

Please help on the followings :

1. May I know what is the time now?

2. May I know what the time is now?

3. May I know what time is it now?

Which of the above sentences are correct?

They are all correct. They may have a slight difference in emphasis. I would stress (1) now , (2) what , and (3) time .

They are all correct. They may have a slight difference in emphasis. I would stress (1) now, (2) what, and (3) time. But that is largely my sense of it.

Let me just add that much more natural English is
eg What time is it, please?
eg Would you mind telling me the time, please?

It's uncommon to start a question with May I know . . . ?
