Would you tell me which of these are correct? Which word is correct?

-->The photo is taken in a way so that doesn't allow you to see her face.
The photo is taken so that you aren't able to see her face.

-->She's not blood but I love her like/as if she my own.

-->Be of help for once/Be helpful for once.

-->These pants are starting to get/become small.

-->That gives little hint [of/as to] what lies ahead.

Thank you for your help

1 The photo is taken in a way so that doesn't... or the second option. 2 as if 3 Either works fine.

  • 1 The photo is taken in a way so that doesn't...
  • or the second option.
  • 2 as if 3 Either works fine.
  • 4 It's probably more realistic to say that they 'getting tight' - probably you that have changed rather than the pants.
  • 5 a little hint - either choice is fine.
