I would really appreciate help with this question. Which answer(s) are grammatically accurate choices for the sentence below? I personally feel only the first choice is right. Please help.

Well, I do not know what the writer meant but as a vegan, I am going to take a shot at it. It might mean: Justice for all underwater bears against endangerment.
