Grammar help

Hi All,
I am writing email to my Visa officer. Kindly correct any grammer mistakes. Thanks a lot.

Yes that's correct i am married and don't wish to include my partner at this stage. She is preparing for the IELTS (English eligible test) and completing her higher education as well. As she prepared for the IELTS and score the appropriate score i will include her in my application. I will appreciate if you can guide me in this regard.

I have received email from "XXX XXXX" that my First assessment has done and require one medical test to repeat which i have sent again. Kindly confirm whether you received that medical reports?
