Hi, can someone please help me correct my grammar mistakes here i wrote this letter to my professor and i'm not sure this is error free or not.
Dear Professor Sears,
I have a proposal concerning Extra credit in this semester.
How will I raise the funds: I will ask over all my friends for gathering and spread the word out that I’m fundraising for “Charitable Trust” And I’ve to gather 50$ and here’s your opportunity to throw eggs on me for $5 apiece. You have to bring your own eggs. We will arrangement the day so everyone get together and will throw eggs on me at same time.
How I will prove this: I will request some of my associates to make movie of this event and all that money I’m going to get from them I will donate to the Charitable Trust and I will get proof of payment from them and will present to you as evidence.
Downside: only negative aspect I’m looking at people doesn’t carry any cash with them these days so reason I want them to get together for event because when I spread the word out I will also announce to bring only hard cash with them.
Why am I doing this: This way my friends who’d like to contribute will join and also will be enjoying striking me with eggs and they will learn something that how important is to donate and save other people lives.
