We received your LC for the shipment of N45, M48 & H45 with thanks. We have some suggestion on the shipment please comment.
1. We would like to suggest ship N45 + M48 + K78 into one 20' container in order to save the ocean freight. Would you please submit the remaining LC for K78 for our arrangement? Otherwise, we will ship N45 + M48 by one 20' container first.
2. Please re-confirm that you are request to ship the second order of H45 instead of the first one. Will you issue the LC amendment for to revise the goods from first to the second one? The factory will be produced the second order first as Ruby explained yesterday. Or you prefer to keep using this LC but accepting the second lot shipment? If yes, please bear the LC discrepancy fee of EUR100.00 Please confirm.
