What is more appropriate to use Once said by the wise or The wise once said?

I have a blog and i have some comment that i made this phrase literal "Once said by the Wise" it is pertaining to a wise man who is teaching some group of people and in order for those people to remember it is by noting a few phrases. Then i gave that title "Once said by the Wise". I am not born an english speaker. Please help me to correct something needs correcting.

Hi, and welcome both of you to English Forums,

"The wise" refers to anyone who would be considered wise; it is not limited to one particular person.

The wise man once said...

or

Once said by the wise man...

would both work. When it comes to blogs, things are not as strict as thing written for academia.
