Hi rps,

Please don't write in all caps. It gives the impression that you are shouting at us.

My opinion is that, "Which of these two books is yours?," is correct.

Yours is which book?

This book is yours?

Are any of these books yours?

Hope that helps.

Dear Mountain hiker
Thanks for replying-so sorry had no intentions of shouting at you-always have been told to write in capital letters to strangers! Well now we are no longer strangers.
your help was indeed valueable as the ans is correct
Thanx once again

Whoever told you to always write in capital letters to strangers was probably 'pulling your leg'.

In all forms of electronic communication, using all capital letters is taken to mean shouting, so should be avoided unless this is the impression you are intending. Whether you know someone or not is irrelevant.
