[grammar] form of the verb

Dear All,

Could you please tell me if the way this sentence is constructed is acceptable? The form of the verb acquiring especially leaves me a bit uncertain.

Currently, I am looking for new opportunities for personal growth and acquiring new skills in the global business world

Thank you in advance.
