Grammar for "grow"?

Hi

I know we should say "I was born in ......." but not " I am born in ..." or "I have been born in......" It's unusual

how about "grow"

If I am now an adult (already GROW? or still GROWING? or GREW?

which one sounds more likely?

1. I was born in Hong Kong and I grow there

2. I was born in Hong Kong and I am growing there

3. I was born in Hong Kong and I have been growing there

4. I was born in Hong Kong and I grew there

Or other?
