But having said that, there is nothing at all wrong with saying "I had a dream last night that [or "in which"] I was the Queen of Israel." That is also perfectly correct.

Saying "Last night I dreamed that I was the Queen of Israel" should be acceptable too. I read that dreamt is mostly used with British English.
