Grammar for Adults?

I seek a book that can be used to teach college students (and adults!) about parts of speech, diagramming sentences, etc. I have a 7th grade book that does a pretty good job, but I don't want to give that to college students.

To reply directly to me, replace all 'z' with 'a' in email address.

Are these ESL students or native English speakers?

If native, the McGraw-Hill Handbook of English is useful and very thorough.
