There is so much filth all around the place. (filth' is uncountable, so 'many' cannot be used.)

The error is in combining "many" and "*filths". The determiner "many" (meaning a large number/quantity) takes a plural count noun like "things, "people", "boxes". But "filth" is a non-count noun that has no plural form (you can't say "filths").
