I have a problem with the below sentence - can I use Present Perfect in that case ?


recently I have had a problem with preparing a summary of one of my analysis. Each of my proposal seemed to me poor. He has dedicated his time to help me - he has talked to me and has asked many questions which helped me to focus back on the crucial things
