Hi Courrier,
1. I try my level best - It is the popular statement in India.
My level best = It means that the person would try his best in getting the things done.
my level = Indicates the position of the person in the office or in the society, and he/she will put his/her efforts to solve one's problem.

2. I sorted it then and there.
I sorted it then and there itsel

I am not here to argue with you or her. If your trainer does not know the idiom ' level best', then find a new trainer.

'Prepone' is acceptable as standard only in Indian English. It is still jocular slang in AmE and BrE.
