Grammar dilemma

Hi there,

I've got a question that has been bothering me for some time...

A: Good that Mark came on time!
B: _____ it without him?

a) would you do

b) would you have done
c) would you be able to do

Are the above-mentioned answers all correct? I know that b is correct for sure but what about a and c? My point of view is that the word "came" doesn't tell us if he helped or not, and it changes everything. Maybe he has just come and we're just speculating about the future so the second conditional would be correct here as well. Just my opinion. What do you think?

Thank you in advance.
