Hi! Are my grammar definitions correct for the below sentences? Thanks, Fulvio

1. I'm afraid my attempts to getting him to join the tournament have been unsuccessful. (Present Perfect Passive)

2. I'm afraid my attempts to getting him to join the tournament were unsuccessful. (Passive Form)
