Grammar correction please

Topics: The purpose of the visit was to try convincing Mr. Ram to try out our Rivets.
Outcome: The price of 4X9.5mm stainless steel sealed type Rivet (BBF-S-40095) we offered him doesn't meet his expectation. Currently he is buying the Rivets from Kapasi for the price of 4.80 rupees. He denied our suggestion of try out our Rivets as he is keen on pricing. He said if we are able to offer him the price below 4.50 rupees, he would try our samples.
