I am trying to ask a question to my warehouse executive about the material availability.

Dear Naman,

I am forwarding you the purchase order that has been received from ASD limited a while ago. Does the material available in our stock? If so, kindly dispatch the material tomorrow. Else you are requested to import the material from Germany.

You say that like this: I am trying to ask my warehouse executive a question.

Say who you are asking first, then "a question (about)".

I'm asking my brother a question about ....
He asked his boss a question about ....
We should ask our teacher a question about ....
