I could have collected the payment of 200 Euro's from Mitsubishi last month itself. On 29th of June I get to know from our management that we made a mistake in the invoice we sent to Mitsubishi. Due to that confusion Mitsubishi could not give us the payment. If I had received that payment, I would have achieved my collection target.

This is how I would word it: I expected to collect a payment of 200 Euro's from Mitsubishi last month. However, on the 29th of June, I was told by our management that we made a mistake in the invoice we sent to Mitsubishi. Due to that confusion, Mitsubishi could not send us the payment.

x Euro's
Do not use an apostrophe to make a noun plural.
200 Euros. (There is another thread about whether people say "200 Euro" or "200 Euros" and you can argue about that if you want, but it will not be 200 Euro's.)
