Grammar correction please?

Mr. Joseph has arrived in India today and I took him to the customer "CMC Ltd" where I wanted to conduct the demonstration of our tool. I feel he is a decent guy and he will shortly merge into our working culture. May we give him a laptop for learning of our products which are in PPT and PDF format?
