Grammar correction please?
Topic: The purpose of the visit was to check on the customer's quality complaint in the recent lot of M8 inserts we supplied.
Outcome: Last week I got a call from our customer Mr. Ram who looks after quality department told me that there has been a quality issue on the M8 inserts, q quantity of 9000 pieces we supplied recently. When they checked the quality of our inserts using measuring instrument, although the measuring instruments enters in our inserts, there has been tightness which is not okay.
I carried the measuring instrument sent by Mr. Jacob of our headquarters and checked the quality of 300 inserts randomly. I found tightness in 3 pieces. I phoned Mr. Jacob and explained about what I experienced. He said he will look into that and make sure that this issue doesn't repeat again.
