grammar correction please?
I have been asking you to dispatch the items to our customer for a week. Whenever I am asking, You are saying that the items will be dispatched. But till now no dispatch has been done. Everyday I am hearing different reasons from you for not dispatching the items. If we are not dispatching the items for such reasons, That has to be communicated to me. you haven't understood the seriousness. If we give wrong commitment to this customer, They will put us into blocklist. Therefore, we won't get an enquiries in future. You have to either dispatch the items by tomorrow or to give me the reason as to why we are not dispathing. So that I can escalate this issue to the top management and get this done.
