Grammar correction

Hi, is this paragraph grammatically correct? But I feel like the last line is incomplete.

A young boy is diagnosed with myelogenous leukemia. The only way to save him is through a bone marrow transplant, but the donor must be his sibling from the same parents. However, his parents are divorced and have families of their own. The mother decides to have a baby with her ex-husband in order to save her son. Could this be considered adultery, or is she just a noble mother?
