Grammar correction .....

Hello Teachers,
I did write this paragraph. Can anybody please correct my grammar and suggest me where should I improve.

"All over the world, many people congratulating president-elect Barack Obama. Also they are hoping that he would be inclined towards their country. In Africa itself, people think that he would help their country because he is an African American. But in many other countries have been expecting more from him. However, in reality he is American president-elect not for the world. People should realize that he can’t be voted for all over the world."

Thanks
Lata
