Grammar-corrected sentence and tenses

thanks in advance for anyone willing to help me the sentence that needs to be corrected is:
He's getting up at eight every morning.
I corrected it by:
He gets up at eight every morning or
He is getting up at eight every morning. which one is better?
What is the correct tense of this sentence and can u please explain the tense?
i am still learning my tenses so this will help me a lot
