Grammar Confusions. Help Please?

Here are some of the sentences I am confused with, I am not sure if it’s grammatically correct.

1. He said, making his voice extremely loud so that Lennie and his friends will hear it.
2. He puts all of his courage together and says, “Jane.” She turns to face him.
3. Anton, knowing Jamie’s true nature quietly snickered, gazing at her as she sits on her chair.
4. She is so angry that she begins scratching at her desk, and she can feel the whole class looking at her.
5. Karen’s words startled him, and he looks at her walk away.
6. “He is just shy, Antonette,” He explains. “I think she in love with you.”
