Grammar. Conditionals and subjunctive

Hello,

I struggle with my homework. There's this sentence: "I'd gladly give prize to anyone who...... to stop our boss talking so much". Possible answers are: would manage, would have managed, managed, will manage.

Could anyone tell me the correct answer and explain it?

Thank you!
