I have headache since 3 days ago, and still pain now.

I feel headache from 3 days ago, and still pain now.

I try to describe that I got a headache from 3 days. I am still having headache. Which one is correct? Please help me to check these grammars. Many thanks.

Say this:
I have been having a headache since three days.

I feel headache from 3 days ago, and still pain now. You can't say 'feel headache'.
