Grammar check/Relative pronoun

1. I have alot of books that J.K. Rowling wrote.
2. I have alot of books which J.K. Rowling wrote.
Are both correct? Can you use either that or which?

3. I have alot of books which are written by J.K Rowling.
4. I have alot of books which were written by J.K.Rowling.
For 3 and 4 what is the difference in meaning? Should I say 4 because the books are already written?

5. It is a house which has alot of solar panels.
6. It is a house that has alot of solar panels.
Are both correct? Can you use either that or which?
7. I have a jacket which was made in Italy.
8. I have a jacket that was made in Italy.
Are both correct? Can you use either that or which?
9. The man who/that you met at the station yesterday is/was my father.
Can you use who or that? Would you use is or was for the example?
10. My sister was the girl that/who you saw at the park.
Can you use who or that?

First both that and which can refer to things. However that is not used in non -restrictive clauses. That is 'that' is wrong here
