Appreciate so much if someone can check my grammar...
About to rental payment, at the moment we cannot release the cheque as per schedule, due to certain circumstances that cannot be avoided, but we will try to make some payment by August 2011. Appreciate so much if you could give us time allowance in settling the rental.

At the moment we cannot release the rental cheque as scheduled , due to unavoidable circumstances, but we will try to make a partial payment by August 2011 . We would be very grateful if you could give us a time allowance in settling the rental.
