Anonymous, it really helps if you give some context for the two words you are asking about -- at least one whole sentence. I can think of some sentences which would use the phrase "at holiday", ("At holiday time, people are more cheerful") but they are probably not the ones you are asking about. It's easier for us if we are not expected to be mind readers as well as English teachers.
