Grammar Checkers Text to Speech and StyleWriter versus White Smoke /

The best Grammer Checker is listening to your own writing with text to speech software because the computer doesn't correct mistakes like a person does.

Editing software is helpful. No it doesn't correct, it highlights problem areas, it gives suggestions and has you decide. If it catches one error you missed it may be worth it.
StyleWriter gives, better explanations, more information, and statistics than White Smoke. White Smoke=92s explanations are often weak. The usual one is =93Forgot a Word?=94 which has no meaning.

StyleWriter is hard to use because their anti-piracy system is so involved and convoluted that you may never get to use the software. I bought the program a few years ago, and it was hell setting it up. The worst is they sent me a CD that doesn=92t work unless I put in number after number. I used the program occasionally, and once you get it working, it works it pretty good. Then it screwed up and I had to reinstall.
To get it to work, I had to put in all the serial numbers, which I did. After all that I was notified that because I passed all the tests StyleWriter would send me another number to plug in when they got around to it.
I have an important project that I need to get done ASAP. I downloaded White Smoke, paid for it, and it works right away rather then taking weeks. A program that works is better than one that doesn=92t work.
