Grammar check pls

Pls check the grammar:

1. "If you want to have a day off, you have to ask permission with Boss at least two days before."

2. "Be patience and feed Amy well. Every time try your best to let Amy finish her whole bottle of milk."

3. "You are allowed to use our home phone to call us."

4. "Every time you go out on your day off, the bag which you take out with you have to be check with Boss before you leave."

If all of these sentences are talking about a baby-sitter or nanny, the term "boss" is very strange. "Employer" would be better.

"If you want a day off, you have to schedule it with your employer at least two days in advance."

Hi,

I suppose that how you deal with an employee depends on the culture that you live in.

Please note Khoff's comment about using the term 'boss'.

In Canada, checking an employee's bag in that way would be highly insulting.
