Hi,

Could you please check for me If I remember correctly for these very basic patterns?


[ There / here ] is a problem. (Present simple)

[ There / here ] has a problem. (Incorrect)

[ There / here ] has been a problem. (Present perfect )

It [ is / has ] a problem. (Present simple)
