Hi,

Could you please check for me if I have made any mistakes in these sentences?


A tree swung / swayed in the wind. (Both words are correct and common)

A boat swung / swayed in the wave.

Do you use it.

Do you really use it.

Do you guy really using it.

Only "swayed" goes here. Not "swung". A person can swing on a rope attached to a tree branch. Then you can say that they swung on the rope.
