Grammar check please?

Hi these,

I saw the advertising which wrote,

"100 percent Aussie owned and operated".

Is it supposed to be "100 percent Aussie own and operate" Still own and operate rather than past?

Unless,

"This company is 100 percent Aussie owned and operated".

Then it make sense to me, please correct me if I am wrong.

Cheers
