Grammar check please?

Hi there,

Could you please check for me if I have made any mistake in the use of the word "confuse" ?

They confused me.

They are confusing me.

I confused A with B.

I am confusing A with B.

I am confused A with B. (Passive voice)

Please comments on these words for me?

I can't undertake / promise to finish it by next week. (Use pretty much same as a promise however undertake is more formal?)

It is subject to / it depends on the weather if we are going or not. (No a difference in these two words correct? Probably depend is more common)

Cheers
