Grammar check please?

Hi there,

Could you check for me if I have made any mistakes in these two sentences, please?

I would like to have this machine work / working again. (Both are correct, verb of perception?)

I would like to have my idea go / going ahead. (Same pattern as above?)

Cheers

John Akiany mistakes in these two sentences

No. Both verb forms are grammatically correct in both sentences.

However, in a practical situation we would most likely hear these:

I would like to have this machine working again.
I would like to have my idea go ahead.
