I saw him stole my bike. (Incorrect)

I saw that he stole my bike. (Correct)

I think someone stolen my bike. (Correct)

I think someone has stolen my bike. (Correct)

I think someone stole my bike. (Incorrect)

I think that someone stole my bike. (Correct)
