Grammar check please?

HI there,

Could you correct these sentences for me, pls?


The way he talked which inflamed us made us more angry. (Which way is correct here?)

The way he talked which inflamed us making us more angry. (Which way is correct here?)

The way he talked inflamed us making us more angry.

I am sticking / poking a nail though the hole. (Both words are correct here?)

A spring stuck / poked out from the mattress. (Both words are correct here?)
