Grammar check please?

Hi,

Could you please confirm that my sentences are grammatically correct and right word for these sentences, please?

Maintain the law in the order is vital important.

This is my referral/reference letter from Professor David.

Professor David is my referee. (The one who referred/introduced me for the job)

I didn’t get the job from referral centers/service; hence there is not referral fee to pay.

Thanks in advance.
