I am embarrassed/shamed/disgraced my family. (Passive)

I dressed white t-shirt today.

I am dressed white t-shirt today.

You can’t go out dressing like that.

Formal-sounding with "shamed".

John AkiI dressed in a white t-shirt today.
I am dressed in a white t-shirt today.

"I dressed" describes what you did earlier in the day. "I am dressed" describes your dress now. When we say "I (am) dressed in ~" it is typical to explain all (or most) of your clothes. In the case of just one item, it is more common to use the verb "wear".
