Grammar check please?

Hi there,

Could you check for me if these sentences are grammatical to you, please?

I have exhausted all the water from the water tank, hence I can clean it.

Heat exhausted from that pipe.

That hard work exhausted me, therefore I am exhausted by that job.

The water tank have exhausted all the water out.

Thanks in advance.

John Aki I have exhausted all the water from the water tank, hence I can clean it. This reads oddly or unnaturally. Perhaps you mean this: I have emptied (all the water from) the water tank so (that) I can clean it.
