Grammar check, please?

Hi There,

Can you clarify for me if these sentences are grammatical; please?

Let me know; when is your arrival. (It acts as a noun)

Let me know; when is its arrival.

Let me know; when is its arrival date. (It acts as an adj)

If I am talking about the future; do I necessarily need to use a perfect tense? Or just present simple. Which way is better ?

Let me know; when the item arrive.

Let me know; when the item has arrived.

Cheers.
