Grammar check please :)

Hello! Could you please check the grammar in this sentence (commas, articles, structures etc.)? I do realize that this is rather long sentence and in a perfect world I should divide it in several sentences, but please keep in mind that I must keep this information in one sentence. That's why I would be thankful if you could taka a look at the structures and wordings that I have used and inform me about any mistakes! Thank you a lot!!
