Grammar check please

Hi everybody,

I wrote a little msg to my friend telling him about my recent life. Pls check and correct my grammar. Thanks in advance!

"Sorry for the very belated birthday wishes! Here, I wish you all the best and happy always. Last month, I was just so overwhelmed. Grandpa has got into the hospital for a month and badly news, he has been approved to have cancer. Now, his condition is getting stable, and doctor has consented him to stay back home. I hope mircale would happen to him and won't feel too much pain. Well, no worries about us. As always, I believe love bears everything!"

Mister Micawber,

Thank you very much! I learned a lot from you. I've a question, the last sentence "no other worries" is the same as "no worries"? or they have the difference meaning? Can you explain to me?

I added 'other' because you obviously have one worry-- your grandfather. That is the difference. 'No worries' means none at all.
