Grammar check please:

"Quite clearly, this is not the proper serving attitude of your staffs. They should do better than that. I should appreciate your looking into the matter and would like to see the improvement of your staffs working in our villa in the very near future."

---> is it correct to say, "serving attitude of your staffs"? I don't know is "serving" the right word? and the preposition "of" is correct using in this sentence?

---> And how about my last sentence? It's very long. Is it okay? and my meaning is clear?
