Grammar Check For A Short Writing

Hiii Teachers, allow me to write a short writing and also I'd like to ask your kindness to check the grammar right below :

My anxiety relapse! I have been facing off anxiety again since last Thursday. It happened when I was feeling down that I wasn't productive enough at my workplace. I have tried varied kind of methods, such as relaxation techniques, positive thinking and hipnotherapy. But, it just shortly cured my anxiety. Eventually, it still relapses over and over again. What should I do?
I had cried so hard a couple of times before I decided not to do it again. I knew it didn't help alot. It seems like anxiety is a part of my life. I'm fed up of this disorder. Can somebody tell me what to do ?
My symptoms are being overly negative of worrying something, feeling afraid to meet people sometimes and my heartbeat seems to be raising sometimes when meeting a bunch of people. But, as my life's motto, I'll never give up till the end. Today, I just found out some ways to deal with those situation by searching on internet, such as repeat the worry until feeling bored silly and make it worse by exaggerating it intentionally. By that, I will get used to it and feel better if the feeling comes up.

Thanks in advance.
Regards, hendy

Yes. It seems better without it, focusing on the current struggle. It's OK to leave it in.
